I missed some days,

Hi there

It's been a while, I'm freewriting now, how are you pal?

I know pal and while doesn't technically rhyme

but I don't have time to think of something clever

cause I'm a little under the weather and Im caring for my children

Changing to a new medicine isn't always fun but I've come

to learn that its ok and you can live to fight another day

if you take tiny steps to improve yourself

So stay patient with me, my darling readers

while I journey on through this month long

challenge, my love letter to you and your insight
